All orders processed online or at the Effie Kats showroom constitutes as an agreement to the below policies and terms & conditions;
RETURNS POLICY
Effie Kats has a strict no refund policy unless a garment is deemed damaged or faulty.
Effie Kats accepts returns for change of mind and size on full priced garments, to which we kindly offer exchange or store credit. If a size or style exchange is requested on an out-of-stock garment, a credit note will be issued instead. Effie Kats only accepts one exchange per style unless faulty.
Returns must be notified to the Effie Kats team via email at orders@effiekats.com within 7 business days upon receiving the order. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Once the order is returned to the Effie Kats showroom it will be reviewed and processed for an exchange/credit/refund. We are not liable for any lost returned items.
All return shipping costs for change of mind and size returns are at the cost of the customer and not payable by Effie Kats. Effie Kats requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure, pre-paid and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to Effie Kats. In the case there is an outstanding amount owing to the customer it will be issued in the form of a credit note.
The below conditions must be adhered to;
Christmas Extended Returns:All orders during December will have an extended 2 weeks return period.
Sale (Discounted Items) Terms and Conditions:All items included in the Sale are strictly FINAL SALE and are ineligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. Please note some items may have slight imperfections such as markings, stains, rips or holes.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM
All designs that are made-to-order will state this in the products description, along with the garments production time frame.
If you require your garment sooner than the stated production time frame, please contact the customer service team by phone or email to enquire about order fast tracking services.
Please note all fast track options need to be approved and added to your order by the Effie Kats customer service team.
STOCK ITEM
Stock items are garments that are pre-made and available to be collected or dispatched within 4 weeks after purchasing.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that while we take full responsibility for any garment faults or order mix-ups and are happy to offer a full refund in such cases, taxes and duties paid at the time of delivery are collected by your local customs authority and are therefore non-refundable by us. We understand this may be frustrating, but unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and cannot be reimbursed even when the refund is due to an error on our part.
