SHIPPING
We use Australia Post Standard (2 – 5 business days) and Express services (1 – 2 business days). We use DHL Express for all international orders. Express shipments within metro areas deliver with 1 – 2 business days. Areas outside these metro regions, as well as WA & NT should allow an extra 2 business days.
*We have had a heavy influx of Archive Sale orders and our warehouse team is working very hard to dispatch orders on time. However, please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to dispatch. All orders with Archive Sale items may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
We use Australian Registered Post for all orders within Australia.

Duties & Taxes
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. United States is not subject to these duties and taxes.
Unfortunately, Effie Kats cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates supplied by Effie Kats are a best estimate only and Effie Kats will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
