All orders dispatched from Effie Kats are checked and approved by quality control. Therefore refunds will only be granted if an item is damaged or faulty when received in its original packaging.

Any purchase made from the Effie Kats E-Store (online) can be exchanged or returned for a credit voucher if sent back within 7 days of receiving your parcel. This excludes any sale items and items that are marked or stained.
